PDF files are often protected with a password, making it challenging to open and make changes to them. This can be quite frustrating, especially when using tablets, as it restricts functions like highlighting and commenting on the go.

The "PDF Utilities" app is a great solution to this problem. It allows you to easily unlock PDF files, enabling you to make necessary changes without much effort.

One of the app's handy features is the ability to remove pages from a PDF file. This makes printing simpler and eliminates the need to specify which pages should be excluded.

Another useful feature of the app is the option to add blank pages to an existing PDF file. This comes in handy when additional space is required for notes or annotations.

The app also offers automated removal of blank pages in a PDF file, simplifying the process and saving time.

An important advantage of this app is that all operations are performed locally on the device, without the need to send the PDF file to a web service.

The app also supports Dropbox integration, allowing you to select and process PDF files directly from the cloud.

IMPORTANT: Please note that due to limitations introduced in Android 4.4 (mainly affecting Samsung Galaxy devices), processing PDF files from external SD cards is currently not possible. If a workaround becomes available, it will be implemented in future versions. To avoid any issues, please copy the PDF files to the internal memory before processing.
